First Link Safety

Brand, site, search, and the tools their field teams rely on.

First Link Safety

First Link Safety had decades of field experience and a reputation that traveled by referral, from jobsite crews to OSHA contacts to insurance providers. What they didn’t have was a brand and digital presence that matched the work. We built that from the ground up: identity, website, search, and the internal tools their team relies on between jobsites.

The brand

Safety consulting can look corporate and cold. First Link isn’t. Their people came up as valve mechanics, laborers, military, and refinery operators, and that story needed to show.

We developed a brand identity rooted in their interlocking-link mark: confident red and navy, clean typography, and a visual system that feels field-ready without trying to look like a hard-hat stock photo. The mark, palette, and voice give them something consistent across the site, materials, and the tools their staff use every day.

The website

The marketing site at firstlinksafetyservices.com is custom-coded end to end, with no templates and no page builders. It leads with the work (staffing, audits, OSHA representation, training) and makes it easy for a superintendent or operations manager to request a consultation on the first visit.

Performance, structured data, and clear service pages shipped with the design. The goal was a site that earns trust the way First Link does in person: direct, capable, and built for people who don’t have time to dig.

Search that compounds

A new site without a search plan is just a brochure. We set up SEO foundations around how Western US contractors and industrial operators look for safety partners (compliance help, training, staffing, OSHA defense), and structured content so those pages can grow authority over time.

The same clarity that helps traditional search also feeds answer engines: defined services, local and regional signals, and content written so the right firm shows up when someone asks who can help on a jobsite.

Tools for the people on site

The public site is only half the engagement. First Link’s team needed internal systems that keep pace with how they work: sharing files across clients and crews, and onsite tools that support report-writing when they’re standing in the dirt instead of at a desk.

We built those tools alongside the brand and marketing site: practical software for the same people who walk the trenches. File sharing that stays organized across projects. Report helpers that cut the friction out of documentation so field notes become finished deliverables faster.

Brand, website, search, and operations tooling in one system, built for a safety firm that works as hard as the crews they protect.
